Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, cash handling, merchandising skills and customer service experience is a plus
- Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends and evenings
- Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers
- Be welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards customers, team members, and venue staff
- Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
- Able to frequently stand, walk and lift up to 15 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Customer-focused with a positive and engaging attitude
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service as you assist in day-to-day store operations
- Ensure that guests have the best shopping experience ever
- Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
- Proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
- Operate cash register and perform cash handling duties
- Collaborate with team members and venue staff to support store success
