Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- no prior experience required as training is provided

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and interact with them both in person and over the phone
- take orders accurately and efficiently
- provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- promote menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
- assist with other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
