Job Requirements
- ability to read, write, and communicate verbally
- ability to perform basic math skills
- must be able to work independently
- ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers, team members, customers, and donors
- ability to work within a team situation
- ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- ability to perform the essential functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or g.e.d. preferred
- prior experience in a retail environment preferred
- six months cash register experience preferred
- ability to read, write, and communicate verbally
- basic math skills
- ability to work independently and within a team
- maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- manual dexterity and physical ability to perform tasks
Job Duties
- ensure the security of corporate assets
- provide excellent customer service
- operate cash register and handle sales transactions accurately
- maintain facility security and cleanliness
- assist customers by greeting and helping find merchandise
- bag and wrap merchandise
- stock shelves and rotate merchandise
