Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 1 year customer service experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs independently
- ability to work indoors and outdoors including coolers and chillers
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- must pass National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) background check
- compliance with Selective Service registration if applicable
Job Qualifications
- at least 1 year experience in a customer and sales-focused environment preferred
- cash handling and basic math skills
- ability to read and understand operating standards and procedures
- commitment to service and sales goals
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- provide world-class customer service
- assist customers in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner
- operate cash registers and handle register transactions
- replenish sales floor and coolers
- set promotional signage and visual merchandising
- maintain backroom standards through the 5S program
- assist in year-end inventory and preparation
