Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in salon or gym front desk roles
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Strong computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Salon and/or gym front desk experience
- Sales experience is a huge plus
- Membership sales experience a bigger plus
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations to run a salon
- Commitment to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills
Job Duties
- Schedule appointments
- Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments
- Utilize computers with skill and proficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
- Manage inventory accurately
- Properly open and close each day according to salon procedures
- Address customer and employee complaints and concerns
