Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
- Knowledge of point of sale systems, computers and calculators
- Ability to adapt to new technology accurately
- Proven sales skills with accountability for results
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work flexibly in a changing environment

- Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating customer relationships
- Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and lens coatings
- Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements
- Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with optician as needed
- Participate in maintaining a positive store environment and professional relationships
- Keep store displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized
- Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
