Job Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
- A team player with a genuine passion for helping others
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience
- Help customers find the perfect pair of boots with expert product knowledge and friendly guidance
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
