Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • drive to set and achieve targeted goals
  • prior sales experience, retail preferred
  • demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • willingness to follow up with customers
  • experience and desire to work with technology
  • valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases
  • respond to leads in a timely fashion
  • answer customer questions and provide relevant information
  • facilitate smooth transition from phone and internet inquiries to in-store experience
  • negotiate sales terms and options that fit customer budgets and lifestyles
  • follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty
  • assist in transitioning customers to the Service department for ongoing vehicle support
