Job Requirements

  • One year retail or full service sales experience
  • Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred
  • Reliable transportation to effectively service designated store and market
  • Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems and visual merchandising preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Oracle and POS applications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computers, mobile devices and social media platforms
  • Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings a minimum of three times a year
  • Commitment to scheduled hours with flexibility for additional work
  • Ability to work safely and alertly
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to present a professional image
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Dominate the industry in talent development, technical and selling skills
  • Schedule, prepare and follow through on business development days
  • Provide product education in store and virtually
  • Offer color and curl/texture consulting services to professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, schools and licensed cosmetologists
  • Communicate upward and cross functionally regarding calls, visits, orders, sales progress and follow-up plans
  • Conduct effective in-store and virtual education sessions
  • Develop and review market analysis and organization of prospect funnel process
  • Meet or exceed established sales metrics and color growth goals
  • Implement marketing and merchandising programs
  • Utilize social media to drive business and market events
  • Create customer profiles for major accounts
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer service issues
  • Manage inventory accuracy, merchandising and store presentation
  • Coordinate special promotion activities
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures
