Job Requirements
- Bilingual candidate preferred
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Must possess superior communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative with strong influencing and interpersonal skills

- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Have a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

Job Duties
- Provide our guests with a world class experience by greeting our guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Has a thorough understanding of Tommy’s Express products and promotions to effectively drive sales by providing a solution
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Stay up to date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards
- Drive sales results by creating strategic plans and initiating actions that maximize efficiencies and eliminate obstacles
- Demonstrate and maintain the highest levels of customer service
- Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Welcome customers to the store and answering their queries
- Process POS point of sale purchases
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper guest service
- Build productive trust relationships with guests
