Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills

- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Job Duties
- Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases
- Respond to customer leads promptly and effectively
- Provide detailed information about vehicles and financing options
- Facilitate smooth transition from online or phone inquiries to in-store visits
- Negotiate terms that meet customers’ budgets and lifestyles
- Close sales with confidence while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to maintain loyalty and support ownership experience
