Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B or medical sales experience, including internships
- Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- Willingness to travel up to 75% including overnight stays
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Residency within commuting distance to St. Louis, MO or Chicago, IL
- Willingness to relocate within the region for career advancement
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B or medical sales experience, including internships
- Strong customer service orientation with proven sales achievements
- Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through ability
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and work as a team player
- Coachable with the ability to manage change effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives within the geographic sales region to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Primary Care Physicians, Internists, Cardiologists, and Electrophysiologists
- Travel up to 75% to customer sites within the region, including overnight travel when necessary
- Manage vacant territories within the region as directed by the Regional Sales Director
- Conduct inventory management, issue resolution, baseline calls, and patient follow-up under Regional Sales Director guidance
- Plan and execute effective territory strategies to maximize service efficiency and cultivate new and current accounts
- Communicate effectively with sales management and cross-functional departments on territory and competitive issues
