Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail sales experience preferred
- ability to work part-time hours
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- basic math and communication skills required
- ability to operate POS terminal
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
Job Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers and employees
- basic communication skills including verbal and non-verbal
- organizational skills
- basic math skills
- experience in retail sales preferably in specialty retail or footwear
- basic knowledge of company policies and procedures
- basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of store presentation standards
Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation including stock arrangement and cleanliness
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- remain aware of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
- process all sales and POS transactions accurately and in accordance with policy
