Job Duties
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
- actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- use selling skills and customer service standards developed through company training
- develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- answer telephone calls professionally
- maintain store appearance and product knowledge
- assist store management with maintaining store organization and cleanliness
- follow visual merchandising standards as directed
- assist with markdowns accurately and timely
- perform duties with minimal supervision
- adhere to all security policies and procedures
- recognize and report potential loss prevention issues
