Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service, hotel and restaurant industry, retail sales, IT or call centers preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- build relationships and create customers for life
- assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
- be the vehicle expert and know all product offerings, optional packages and latest technology
- deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- follow up with buyers to secure referrals
- learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses
- maintain a positive attitude and bring your 'A game' every day
