Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic math and communication skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- basic computer skills to operate POS systems

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation including stock arrangement and store cleanliness
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- remain aware of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping, receiving, and merchandise placement
- process all sales and POS transactions accurately and in accordance with policy
