Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Part-time availability
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn product knowledge
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Comfortable handling cash transactions
Job Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with external contacts primarily customers
- Basic communication skills both verbal and non-verbal

- Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear
- Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of Store Presentation Standards
Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers through awareness and company service standards
- Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- Maintain merchandise presentation including stock arrangement and cleanliness
- Develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
- Maintain an awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff members
- Participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise, and merchandise placement
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
- Ensure accuracy and completeness when handling cash and sales documentation
