Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- basic math skills
- ability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties
- create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation including arranging stock and cleanliness
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns
- participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise, and merchandise placement
- process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
- check shoes for mates during cashier functions
