Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling and transactions
- Understanding of retail sales environment and loss prevention
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and participate in inventory processes

- Experience in retail sales preferably specialty retail or footwear
- Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and adherence to company service standards
- Maintain a positive attitude, willingness to serve, and be well informed
- Promote company rewards program and other business initiatives
- Stay aware of all current sales promotions
- Maintain merchandise presentation by ensuring stock is well arranged and properly merchandised
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all store areas
- Develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
- Monitor loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- Participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise, and merchandise placement on the sales floor when needed
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions accurately and according to policy
- Perform cashier functions while ensuring accurate processing and checking for mates
