Job Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to participate in paid sales training and complete management training program
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and move throughout the showroom for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or sales experience helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual skills a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture products
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product features
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in sales training and management development programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
