Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum of 1 year relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
- business proficiency in English and Spanish
- ability to stand and walk for up to 9 hours per day
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50 pounds
- effective communication skills using speech, vision, and hearing
- proficiency with regular use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach regularly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- experience with CRM systems and project management tools
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to explain technical and complex concepts in simple and concise ways
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Conduct business-to-business sales and customer service with a focus on building and developing relationships with our customer base
- execute on our proven TRS process by building brand awareness, assessing customer needs, exceeding expectations, and building loyalty
- perform basic cashier functions and assist customers by loading products into vehicles
- perform general store maintenance including cleaning, merchandising, restocking shelves, and putting away incoming stock
- analyze basic inventory information to determine product availability and re-order status
- promote private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit
- educate prospective customers on our competitive advantages including best people, technology, and pricing
- maintain and use thorough understanding of our website and educate customers on the 'Brick and Click' business model
