- Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle promotion
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to participate in training and development

- Engage with potential and existing members to share the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness
- Promote the importance of fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle
- Maintain excellent communication skills in both face-to-face and written interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve studio goals
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to members
- Participate in staff workouts and development workshops
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture
