Job Duties
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
- presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
- working at the front desk including answering phones and member communication
- giving studio tours
- assisting trainers with new clients during their first workout
- selling memberships to support studio growth
- following up with prospective members
- handling member concerns professionally and objectively
- participating in marketing and outreach events
- ensuring the studio remains clean and organized
