Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail sales experience preferred
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • strong customer service orientation
  • availability to work part-time hours
  • basic math and communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • adherence to company dress code and presentation standards

Job Duties

  • Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
  • maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
  • maintain merchandise presentation, ensuring stock is well arranged and store areas are clean and organized
  • develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
  • maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
  • participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise, and participate in merchandise placement
  • process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure with accuracy and cash control
