Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail sales experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- basic math skills
- availability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- attention to detail in cash handling and customer service
- willingness to learn and adhere to company procedures
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear
- basic knowledge of store policies and procedures
- basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of store presentation standards
Job Duties
- create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- promote a positive attitude and willingness to serve
- assist with sales and customer inquiries
- promote the company rewards program and other business initiatives
- maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation including stock arrangement and cleanliness
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns
- participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
- process sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy
- ensure all shoes are matched and accounted during sales
- maintain accuracy of cash handling and sales documentation
