Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail sales experience preferred
- ability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- dependable and punctual
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- good communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and willingness to serve customers

Job Duties
- create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation including stock arrangement and store cleanliness
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- maintain an awareness of loss prevention concerns
- participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise and merchandise placement
- process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
- ensure all shoes are checked for mates during cashier functions
