Job Duties
- Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present vehicles to customers and explain features and benefits
- Assist customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
- Collaborate with sales team and management to meet and exceed sales goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
