Job Duties
- Achieve or exceed established sales goals including hourly productivity and average dollar sale
- Actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent service
- Maintain store appearance, product knowledge, and operations to company standards
- Assist management with store maintenance and organization
- Follow visual merchandising standards and implement store display directives
- Adhere to security policies and recognize potential loss prevention issues
