Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail experience preferred
- ability to work part time hours
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math and organizational skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- commitment to company service standards
- physical ability to maintain merchandise presentation and participate in inventory tasks
Job Qualifications
- experience in retail sales preferably specialty retail or footwear
- basic communication skills both verbal and non-verbal

- basic math skills
- knowledge of company policies and procedures
- basic visual merchandising skills
- ability to deal effectively with customers and employees
Job Duties
- create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- promote company rewards program and business initiatives
- maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation and stock arrangement
- ensure cleanliness and organization of store areas
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns
- participate in physical inventories and merchandise placement
- process all sales and POS terminal transactions accurately according to policy
- perform cashier functions and ensure shoe mates are checked
