Job Duties
- Achieve or exceed established sales goals
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Use selling skills and customer service standards developed in company training
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through friendly attitude and service
- Meet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge, and operations
- Assist store management with maintaining the store and organizing stock
- Follow visual merchandising standards and help with markdowns
- Adhere to all security policies and assist in loss prevention
- Notify management of potential theft or shortages
