Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- Maintain a positive attitude, willingness to serve, and product knowledge
- Assist customers with sales and inquiries
- Promote company rewards program and other business initiatives
- Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- Ensure merchandise presentation is attractive and stock is well arranged
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within all store areas
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- Be aware of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- Participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
- Ensure accuracy and control of cash and sales documentation
- Check all shoes for mates when performing cashier functions
