Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail sales experience preferred
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • basic math proficiency
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
  • promote company rewards program and business initiatives
  • maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
  • maintain merchandise presentation and stock arrangement
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of store areas
  • develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
  • maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns
  • participate in physical inventories and assist in merchandise shipping, receiving, and placement
  • process all sales and POS transactions following policy and procedure
  • control cash and maintain accuracy of sales transactions
