Job Duties
- Achieve or exceed established sales and performance goals
- actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- utilize company training to apply effective selling skills and customer service standards
- develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- maintain store appearance, product knowledge, and operations according to company standards
- assist management in store maintenance and organization
- follow visual merchandising standards and ensure stock areas are orderly
- assist with markdowns and complete tasks efficiently
- adhere to security policies and identify potential loss prevention issues
- promptly service customers and report theft or security concerns
