Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Availability to work part-time
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

- Experience in retail sales preferably specialty retail or footwear

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- Maintain merchandise presentation including arranging stock and store cleanliness
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- Maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- Participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
- Check all shoe pairs for accuracy when performing cashier functions
