Job Duties

Achieve or exceed established sales and productivity goals
actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
use selling skills and customer service standards from company training
develop and maintain customer relationships through friendly and professional service
maintain store appearance, performance, and product knowledge
assist in maintaining store organization and cleanliness
follow visual merchandising standards
support markdown processes and complete work efficiently
follow security policies and prevent theft
notify management of theft and potential loss prevention issues
