Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail sales experience preferred
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- basic math and communication skills
- ability to work part-time hours
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- willingness to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Duties
- create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- maintain awareness of current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation including stock arrangement and store cleanliness
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns
- participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
- process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with company policy
