Job Duties
- achieve or exceed established sales goals
- actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- maintain a complete working knowledge of selling skills and customer service standards
- develop and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and professional interactions
- meet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge, and store operations
- assist store management with store maintenance and organization
- follow visual merchandising standards and support markdown processes
- adhere to all security policies including identifying and reacting to potential loss prevention issues
