Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- availability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- able to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and adherence to company service standards
- maintain a positive attitude and willingness to assist
- promote sales and loyalty programs
- maintain awareness of current sales promotions
- ensure merchandise presentation is attractive and stock is well arranged
- maintain cleanliness and organization within the store
- develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- be alert to loss prevention concerns
- participate in inventories, shipping, and receiving merchandise
- perform cashier functions accurately following company policies
- process all sales and POS terminal transactions in compliance with procedures
