Job Duties
- Achieve or exceed established sales goals
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Use selling skills and uphold customer service standards set in company training
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with friendly service
- Maintain store appearance, performance, product knowledge, and operations
- Assist management with store maintenance and organization
- Follow visual merchandising standards
- Assist with markdowns and complete work within deadlines
- Adhere to all security policies and recognize potential loss prevention issues
- Monitor and report potential shortages and theft
