Job Requirements
- Education level appropriate for retail sales
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills
- Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness
- Willingness to serve customers with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy

- Understanding of loss prevention principles

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- Maintain merchandise presentation by ensuring stock is well arranged and merchandised properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all store areas
- Develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
- Maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- Participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise and merchandise placement on the sales floor
- Process all sales and POS transactions according to company policy
- Verify shoes for matching pairs during cashier duties
