Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous retail or customer service experience preferred
ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
basic math and computer skills
adherence to company policies and local, state and federal regulations

Job Duties

Foster a service and selling culture
exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships
become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge to customers
maintain and achieve measurable sales goals including units per transaction and average dollar per transaction
stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements
maintain company merchandising standards and assist in floor moves and display maintenance
assist with processing merchandise and monitoring and replenishing floor stock
accurately complete sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountabilities
seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics
adhere to all relevant laws and company policies
perform additional duties as assigned by management
demonstrate high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
