Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and sales
- Maintain product knowledge and engage in ongoing education about seasonal and new menu items
- Set up product displays and ensure cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness standards including wiping counters, sweeping and mopping floors, washing trays and utensils
- Operate the POS system efficiently
- Restock store items including drinks, merchandise, utensils, and paper goods
- Communicate shift issues to Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager
- Record daily operational information such as spoilage numbers, donations, and cash deposits
- Perform closing and end-of-day tasks such as prepping for the next day and managing pre-orders
