Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
- Able to engage with customers and handle concerns professionally
- Ability to solve problems using information-gathering skills
- Physical ability to move merchandise up to 25 pounds and operate at heights of 5 to 10 feet
- Capable of kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping frequently
- Able to remain upright and stationary for 80 percent of the time
- Ability to understand and follow email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts and procedures
