Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and sales
- Maintain product knowledge with ongoing education of seasonal and new menu items
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays
- Ensure cleanliness and care for store aesthetics
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Restock store items including drinks, merchandise, utensils, and paper goods
- Organize and move delivered products to designated areas
- Communicate shift issues with sales leadership
- Record spoilage, donation, and cash deposit data at end of day
- Perform closing and end-of-day tasks including prepping for the next day and handling pre-orders
