- ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs independently and over 45 lbs with assistance
- willingness to work in various retail areas including indoor and outdoor environments
- pass and maintain fuel safety training if working at gas stations
- adhere to safety standards

Job Qualifications
- at least 1 year experience in customer and sales-focused environment preferred
- cash handling experience preferred
- basic math skills preferred

Job Duties
- provide world class customer service
- assist customers in retail business
- support customer loyalty
- handle customer and register transactions
- replenish sales floor and coolers
- set promotional signage and visual merchandising
- maintain backroom standards
- perform light housekeeping duties
- use retail equipment such as cash registers and RF scanners
- participate in year-end inventory and loss prevention
- adhere to safety regulations
- wear proper PPE when required
- assist with fuel lane maintenance as needed
- articulate MCX value stories
- engage with team members to drive customer satisfaction
- perform other duties as assigned
