Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance
- ability to work flexible hours including indoors and outdoors
- basic knowledge of retail equipment
- pass any required training or certification including fuel safety if applicable
- adhere to safety and EEO regulations
Job Qualifications
- at least 1 year experience working in a customer and sales-focused environment preferred
- cash handling and basic math skills
- ability to read and understand operating standards and procedures
- commitment to service and sales goals
- attention to detail required
Job Duties
- provide world class customer service with an emphasis on courtesy
- assist customers in all aspects of the retail business in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner
- act as brand and customer program ambassador for Marine Corps and MCX programs
- perform store operations tasks including customer transactions, planogram revisions, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising
- maintain backroom standards through the 5S program and assist in year-end inventory preparation
- utilize basic retail equipment including cash registers and handheld devices
- adhere to safety regulations and established EEO standards
