Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- cash handling and register operation proficiency preferred
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs independently and over 45 lbs with assistance
- must pass background checks and suitability investigations
- compliance with safety and workplace conduct policies

- cash handling experience
- basic math skills
- ability to understand and apply service and sales standards

Job Duties
- provide world class customer service with emphasis on courtesy
- assist customers proactively and professionally
- support various retail areas including cashier, customer service, sales floor, stockroom, and military clothing
- perform store operations such as transactions, planogram setups, replenishment, promotional signage, and visual merchandising
- maintain backroom standards and participate in inventory preparations
- use retail equipment including cash registers, scanners, and pricing tools
- identify and communicate risks of loss or theft
- follow safety and EEO standards
- lift and carry merchandise as required
