Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors with proper PPE
- Pass fuel safety training if assigned to gas station duties
- Must register with Selective Service if applicable
- Successful completion of background check and National Agency Check
- Submit required documents such as education certificates and military records
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in a customer and sales-focused environment preferred
- Cash handling and basic math skills strongly preferred
- Ability to read and understand operating standards and procedures
- Commitment to service and sales goals
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Basic product knowledge relevant to retail setting
Job Duties
- Provide world-class customer service with courtesy
- Assist customers in all retail business aspects
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Perform planogram revisions and replenish sales floor
- Set promotional signage and maintain visual merchandising
- Maintain backroom standards through the 5S program
- Participate in inventory and loss prevention activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as sweeping and dusting
- Assist with fuel lane maintenance and hazardous material handling at gas stations
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
