Job Requirements

  • Must have a flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • At least one year of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Food and beverage experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Answering incoming calls, entering pertinent information into Triple Seat, handing off leads to Sales Managers
  • Assisting Sales Managers with client communication
  • Entering new contracted events into OpenTable
  • Organizing client databases, updating BEOs, processing deposits, invoices, and other organizational projects
  • Distributing and posting original and revised BEOs to team members
  • Preparing menu cards for events
  • Completing post-event responsibilities
  • Assembling sales kits and maintaining inventory
  • Preparing proposals and contracts according to company guidelines
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients from contract to event execution
  • Collaborating with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure event details meet client expectations
  • Creating and managing event orders, floor plans, timelines, and relevant documents
  • Attending pre-event meetings and post-event follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handling special projects as assigned
