Job Requirements
- Must have a flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- At least one year of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Answering incoming calls, entering pertinent information into Triple Seat, handing off leads to Sales Managers
- Assisting Sales Managers with client communication
- Entering new contracted events into OpenTable
- Organizing client databases, updating BEOs, processing deposits, invoices, and other organizational projects
- Distributing and posting original and revised BEOs to team members
- Preparing menu cards for events
- Completing post-event responsibilities
- Assembling sales kits and maintaining inventory
- Preparing proposals and contracts according to company guidelines
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients from contract to event execution
- Collaborating with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure event details meet client expectations
- Creating and managing event orders, floor plans, timelines, and relevant documents
- Attending pre-event meetings and post-event follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handling special projects as assigned
