Job Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or four years equivalent work experience
  • Experience in office or financial setting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to participate in Securities Industry Training program
  • Encouraged to obtain FINRA Series 63, 65, and 7 licenses
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capability to multitask and work independently
  • Commitment to a customer-first mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience working in an office setting or financial industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Completion or progress in Securities Industry Training program (SIT)
  • Encouraged to obtain FINRA Series 63, 65, and 7 licenses
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Process new account paperwork including IRA, trust, joint and direct business accounts
  • Manage subsequent investments for PlanMember and direct accounts
  • Handle death claim processing
  • Resolve "Not In Good Order" (NIGO) clearances for various account and product types
  • Send client birthday cards and maintain client communications
  • Update client and beneficiary information in CRM
  • Follow up on transfer ins and outs
  • Process trust paperwork
  • Contact outside companies regarding client service needs, contract and commissioning information, rollover and account funding status
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding activities
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of PlanMember financial services
