Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree or four years equivalent work experience
- Experience in office or financial setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to participate in Securities Industry Training program
- Encouraged to obtain FINRA Series 63, 65, and 7 licenses
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capability to multitask and work independently
- Commitment to a customer-first mindset
Job Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience working in an office setting or financial industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Completion or progress in Securities Industry Training program (SIT)
- Encouraged to obtain FINRA Series 63, 65, and 7 licenses
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Process new account paperwork including IRA, trust, joint and direct business accounts
- Manage subsequent investments for PlanMember and direct accounts
- Handle death claim processing
- Resolve "Not In Good Order" (NIGO) clearances for various account and product types
- Send client birthday cards and maintain client communications
- Update client and beneficiary information in CRM
- Follow up on transfer ins and outs
- Process trust paperwork
- Contact outside companies regarding client service needs, contract and commissioning information, rollover and account funding status
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding activities
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of PlanMember financial services
